One of my favorite things to do is to talk about hair education and the reason why I think it's so important to discuss hair education is because there's a lot of information out there that many of us can use on a daily basis. The one thing I wanted to focus on is stress and hair loss. We all know that stress can have a tremendous impact on our daily lives from our physical as well as our psychological state, but in my research I found that stress can cause hair loss in many different ways. Stress can cause many conditions that lead to hair loss. Some include Alopecia Areata which is sudden loss of large clumps of hair in areas around your scalp or gradual hair loss that builds over time. Another condition is Telogen Effluvium. This is a condition where more hairs than normal prepare to fall out. Lastly, Trichotillomania. This is a habitual condition caused by stress and anxiety where the person pulls out hairs sometimes without realizing it.
